BOOKING POLICY
To secure your appointment booking we require a deposit for consultations and treatment bookings.
The deposit can be redeemed against any treatment or product.
The payment is carried out via our booking partner site FRESHA
Once you have made your booking you will also receive pre consent forms for your consultation. This will provide you with all the information you need eg: parking.

Without receipt of your deposit we are unable to complete your booking.
We kindly ask consent forms to be sent back within 1 day of your booking.
We will then send you an automated reminder 24 hours prior to your appointment time.

Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend your appointment please try to give us 48 hours notice via calling us, email or message through social media.
If you do not give 48 hours notice of cancellation we will retain your deposit and you unfortunately will not be able to use it against another booking. This is also applicable for vouchers or pre paid treatment/ courses of treatment.
No Shows will also result in retention of the deposit and if another booking is made full payment will be required upfront.
