Registration and Payment: a. Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a place in the course. b. Payment can be made online through our secure payment portal or via bank transfer as per the provided instructions. c. Course fees include all relevant materials, hands-on training, and certification.
3. Confirmation and Course Materials: a. Participants will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration and payment. b. Course materials, including lecture notes and procedural guides, will be provided to participants electronically or in hard copy on the first day of the course.
4. Attendance and Punctuality: a. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions of the course. b. Late arrivals or early departures may result in the denial of certification. c. Any missed sessions must be communicated to the course administrator in advance.
5. Certification: a. Certification will be issued upon successful completion of the course. b. Participants must actively engage in practical sessions and pass any relevant assessments to qualify for certification.
6. Cancellations and Refunds: a. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the course start date will be eligible for a full refund. b. Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the course start date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. c. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the course start date.
7. Course Changes and Postponements: a. The course organiser reserves the right to make changes to the course schedule, content, or faculty if necessary. b. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the course may be postponed, and enrolled participants will be notified promptly.
8. Code of Conduct: a. Participants are expected to adhere to a professional code of conduct throughout the duration of the course. b. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund.
9. Photography and Recordings: a. Photography, audio recording, or video recording of the course sessions is strictly prohibited without prior consent from the course organizer. b. The course organiser may use photographs or video footage taken during the course for promotional purposes.
10. Liability: a. The course organiser is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the course. b. Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance coverage for travel, health, and personal belongings.
