4. Attendance and Punctuality:
a. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions of the course.
b. Late arrivals or early departures may result in the denial of certification.
c. Any missed sessions must be communicated to the course administrator in advance.
5. Certification: a. Certification will be issued upon successful completion of the course.
b. Participants must actively engage in practical sessions and pass any relevant assessments to qualify for certification.
6. Cancellations and Refunds: a. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the course start date will be eligible for a full refund.
b. Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the course start date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
c. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the course start date.

- Upon successful completion of the final assessment, a digital certificate of achievement will be automatically generated and sent to the email address provided during the course registration process. Along with a card certificate given in the clinic.
