  • Terms and Conditions for Course Completion and Certification:

    Registration and Payment: a: Full payment is required at the time of registration to secure a place in the course.

    b. Payment can be made online through our secure payment portal as per the provided instructions.

    c. Course fees include all relevant materials, hands-on training, and certification.

    3. Confirmation and Course Materials:

    a. Participants will receive a confirmation email upon successful registration and payment.

    b. Course materials, including lecture notes and procedural guides, will be provided to participants electronically or in hard copy on the first day of the course.

    4. Attendance and Punctuality:

    a. Participants are expected to attend all scheduled sessions of the course.

    b. Late arrivals or early departures may result in the denial of certification.

    c. Any missed sessions must be communicated to the course administrator in advance.

    5. Certification: a. Certification will be issued upon successful completion of the course.

    b. Participants must actively engage in practical sessions and pass any relevant assessments to qualify for certification.

    6. Cancellations and Refunds: a. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the course start date will be eligible for a full refund.

    b. Cancellations made between 15 and 30 days before the course start date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

    c. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 15 days before the course start date.

    7. Course Changes and Postponements: a. The course organiser reserves the right to make changes to the course schedule, content, or faculty if necessary.

    b. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the course may be postponed, and enrolled participants will be notified promptly.

    8. Code of Conduct: a. Participants are expected to adhere to a professional code of conduct throughout the duration of the course.

    b. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the course without a refund.

    9. Photography and Recordings: a. Photography, audio recording, or video recording of the course sessions is strictly prohibited without prior consent from the course organiser.

    b. The course organiser may use photographs or video footage taken during the course for promotional purposes.

    10. Liability: a. The course organizer is not responsible for any personal injury, loss, or damage to property during the course.

    b. Participants are advised to arrange their own insurance coverage for travel, health, and personal belongings.

    • Course Completion Requirement:

      • Successful completion of the PDO THREADS Training course is contingent upon fulfilling all modules.

    • Final Assessment Test:

      • A comprehensive final assessment test will be administered at the conclusion of the course. Learners are required to successfully complete this assessment to qualify for certification. This test will be sent to you once you have copleated the days training course.
      • Passing Criteria:
      • To receive certification, learners must achieve a passing score, as specified in the course guidelines. The passing score is designed to ensure a thorough understanding of the content and proficiency in the techniques covered.

    • Certification Issuance:

      • Upon successful completion of the final assessment, a digital certificate of achievement will be automatically generated and sent to the email address provided during the course registration process. Along with a card certificate given in the clinic.

    • Reassessment Opportunities:

      • Learners who do not achieve a passing score on the final assessment will be provided with opportunities for reassessment. Details on the reassessment process will be communicated to the learner.

    • Access to Course Materials:

      • Learners will continue to have access to course materials, including modules and additional resources, for a specified period after course completion. This access is intended to support ongoing learning and reference.

    • Non-Transferability:

      • Certification is non-transferable and is issued solely to the individual who completed the course. Attempts to transfer or share certification may result in the revocation of the certificate.

    • Professional Responsibility:

      • Learners are expected to apply the knowledge gained responsibly and ethically within the scope of their professional practice. Any misuse or inappropriate application of the techniques covered may result in the revocation of certification.

    • Appeals and Disputes:

      • Learners have the right to appeal assessment results if they believe there has been an error or if there are extenuating circumstances. The appeals process details will be provided upon request.
